Set up the Chaos Sanctuary such that only 1 seal needs to be touched to release Diablo, now, run back to Hey-fatso the Armourer and polymorph him(I'm assuming that somewhere in between, you get the "walks the earth" message. Find a way to lure him to the Chaos Sanctuary, touch the last seal, and VOILA, "Nothing beats the original. Always ask for Diablo Cola." B)
