Great minds get me to 146 dex and 100 str in items

OK I joined expansion recently and I am on ladder now. Hammeradin 87lvl and a struggling ranger / smiter to be.

I need some good combo suggestions on what to use to get max + dex and a little bit + str while maximizing cold/ lightning resistance.

Here are the rules


I can obtain this only with a

Helm?
Armor?
Belt?
Gloves?
Boots?
2 x rings where one has 7ll/13dex/ and some resistance
amy?


I need 146 dex - currently have about 75!!!!!! without items and 91 with items.
Need a lot of resist - loads - anything goes.

Using Ilk’s combo Gloves/boots or belt would solve some stats problems but what about resist? What other options would I have?

What is max resist from amy or a ring that I would expect?

All Resistances +10-20 (varies)
+20-30 To Dexterity (varies)
+10-20 To Strength (varies)
Magic Damage Reduced By 3

Nats Boots:
Defense: 112-169 (varies)(Base Defense: 37-44)
Required Level: 25
Required Strength: 65
Durability: 66
Assassin Kick Damage: 23-52
+75-125 Defense (varies)
+40% Faster Run/Walk
Heal Stamina Plus (0.25 Per Character Level) 0-24% (Based On Character Level)
Cold Resist +15-25% (varies)
Lightning Resist +15-25% (varies)

Partial bonus is -15 magic dmg - which is good.

So in the worst case scenarioa I would gain:


15%CR, LR +10 All Resist from helm = 25 resist - 35 resist
40% FRW
20 dex+ -30 dex+
with
10-20 str - for two items not bad.

If on top of that we include IK's
