Just wondering if 7 PM EST Stormrage server time would work for those who are able to do the Marshall Windsor escort quest. I am eager/desirous to finish this so we can move on to bigger and better things.

(You're talking about the Stormwind part right?) I'll gladly help out with Ramala, but I don't have the quest for it right now. Looking at the quest information ... I ain't getting it either :)
Oh well, I'll tag along as extra DPS and for the experience.

I apologize if i was confusing, this quest is in Blackrock Deeps and involves rescuing Marshal Windsor from the dungeon. After that i believe leads us onwards to Stormwind.

In that case I volunteer for the Stormwind part, since that can (should?) be raided. I'll semi-volunteer for Blackrock as a fill in if you need a 5th man. Just better be careful on my part if I'm involved :)

I may not be able to make it back to do Jail Break! until this Tuesday or Wednesday, or even later. I guess you can take Loch, if you really want to do it early.

you can do stormwind part without a raid. as it currently is you start the event , marshall walks to the king area and starts a fight(with alot of great flavor text). someone helps him out (trying to avoid spoilers) and kicks everyones tursh.
basicaly though you can do it solo, just start the event and hang outside the king area, right at the top of the ramp. from there you should be able to avoid all agro and still hear the txt.

I am certain we are going to be doing this quest multiple times, so i don't mind trying to get a group earlier than that. We will see what happens.

Can someone explain how this is supposed to work? I've gotten the jail key from the instance, and I have the quest to find winsor, but I haven't been able to find him. Any hints?

He's in one of the cells on the east side of the prison ring surrounding Gerstahn.
Once you get to him, he'll tell you to go away. Return to Maxwell, he'll tell you he's sorry that Windsor's a "blithering headcase" and reward you. The next time you go to BRD, you'll get a Crumpled Up Note that you have to bring to Windsor, which starts you on the path that leads to "Jail Break!".

Well, since we weren't able to complete this last time would people be up for trying again tomorrow (Thurs. Feb. 24) around 7PM? I'd really like to get this done and I have a few ideas of how to save Winsor from his suicidal ways.

I think there are more steps between that and the actual escort, so I wouldn't be able to get credit for that. Run next to him and go full on aoe to pull all mobs so that he is not getting beat on. With shielding and healing, I should last long enough to allow several of the baddies to be pulled/eliminated. With as fragile as he seems and with how hard the baddies hit, the best plan might be to have two mages nuking. I have no idea what comes after that first bunch so I really don't know what would be needed after that point.

If it is just the concern of gaining the aggro of several monsters quick, maybe your main tank using some EZ-Thro Dynamite to gain the aggro of all but Windor's target would be in order.
