Yup, softcore only... I don't think my Internet connection is solid enough (much better than years ago though) for me to stay alive in hardcore... where a slight lag could cause instant death...
Anyway, I think the game just got a little bit more exciting for me since about a month or so ago, the Diablo Walks the Earth message finally appeared and I got to kill the Diablo Clone (it was a solo game, fortunately, no one else was in that game which I created at the time that happened). So it was my first time to finally encounter the DC and get my first annihilus charm. :-)
Just like I thought I'd never find any rune above Um (which just happened around last week, when I found the Cham rune), I'd never thought that I would encounter the Diablo Clone playing D2 Realms... Well, both just happened, so it raised my hopes up again for the game (hoping that another high rune will drop, and hope to encounter another Diablo Clone so that my other characters can have their own annis too.)
