The article only touches on a few of the areas that exist in the game in unfinished form at the moment.
One of my favourite Not Yet Implemented areas is Kharazan. The tower is protected by instance portals, but there is a large area called "The Crypt" underneath the graveyard that you can explore in ghost form. It's a very large underground zone with different named areas - could easily be a future instance of its own.
The most memorable part of the complex is a water-filled room called "The Upside Down Sinners".
