Great minds get me to 146 dex and 100 str in items

OK I joined expansion recently and I am on ladder now. Hammeradin 87lvl and a struggling ranger / smiter to be.

I need some good combo suggestions on what to use to get max + dex and a little bit + str while maximizing cold/ lightning resistance.

Here are the rules
I can obtain this only with a

Helm?
Armor?
Belt?
Gloves?
Boots?
2 x rings where one has 7ll/13dex/ and some resistance
amy?
I need 146 dex - currently have about 75!!!!!! without items and 91 with items.
Need a lot of resist - loads - anything goes.

Using Ilk’s combo Gloves/boots or belt would solve some stats problems but what about resist? What other options would I have?

What is max resist from amy or a ring that I would expect?
