Bloodlust/Horde: Throaty roar (anyone who has played Warcraft 2 recognizes the sound easily) and glowing red hands and eyes I think...

Heroism/Alliance: Metallic high gong sound, and large glowing hammer over the heads

Both: size increases and hands are a-glowing
