My personal favorite is SpamMeNot, which allows you to block tells by character level, which eliminates the level 1 gold seller spam. It also rates tells by their content, and any tell that exceeds the threshold is blocked and the user ignored. I've been using it for about a week and have seen absolutely no tells involving gold selling, down from the 20-30 a day I was getting before.
