Notes:
According to a Mage in my guild, Flask of Mighty Restoration is actually better for a mage than Supreme Power in situations where it is a longer fight.
Also, obviously, you can only have 1 Flask up at a time.
Adept Elixir and Greater Arcane Elixir do not fully stack, however you can get the crit from Adept and +Dam from GAE if you drink both.
