Yeah hunters are taking a DPS hit as best as I can tell even with new talents. And steady shot isn't until L66 anyway.
I still wonder if the +healing talents will affect +healing gear. It does in the TBC beta, if it does in this patch as I've mentioned in several places the affects on downranking for heal spec'd folks won't be bad at all.
