Blizz Sorc stat distribution

So I've been having fun with my new blizzard sorc and am wondering how I should distribute her stat points. General advice I've heard so far is that she needs less mana than most sorcs and more vit. My main question is that, since I'm going to be pretty dependent on items, what do you think my strength and dexterity should be?

Only put opints into str to wear armor. Try to find good armor of the mage plate type.
don't put any points in dex.

I have 100 nrg on my 1.10 bliz sorc and find that it's too much. I think I would pump it to 80 and then see if you want more. Keep in mind that you'll gain mana and regen as you go up in levels and find better gear.

Keep in mind that potions drop a lot more now, and you can buy them, so even having low energy is not a problem as long as you're killing decently, which you will be with blizzard + a synergy.
