One thing that's new to v1.10 is that you can make weapons that give characters the use of other other class' skills. Now, while I haven't tested this, I'd assume that if another class were given the Werewolf or Werebear skills, they'd have different attack speed breakpoints than a Druid Wereform since the other classes have different length attack animations with the various weapon types. If anyone wants to test this out, I'd be grateful since I don't have my mod-writing tools available anymore (due to hard drive wipe/reinstall), but that's most likely how it works.
Assuming that a shapeshifted non-Druid would use their own animation lengths for attack speed determination, I updated my Wereform Advanced Calculator to account for character class. Check it out (just select your class and it'll give you that class's breakpoints and stuff):

I also opened up the weapons.txt file and made sure that my weapon speed listing is correct. It's now fully-compliant with the v1.10 weapons.txt file, so it's more accurate than the Arreat Summit! Check it out here:
