I don't think there is a cap. I just got the three quest rewards with a level 99 character and used ATMA to check the ilvls. All were 99. I think the base item is normal in normal, exceptional in nightmare and elite in hell, but there doesn't appear to be a cap on the ilvl.
(The ring rewards do have ilvl caps, I believe). |
