Does Necromancer Get EXP With Attract and Confuse?

Arrit Summit says Both Confuse and Attract can give Necromancer Exp.

but i remember there is a bug that one of them do not take effect.

But which one do not give EXP? i forgot it, who can help me? THX a lot

That means Arrit Summit made a big misstake, it says all Necro can get Exp from both of them.
