My god, I've been such a tool.

I got to play around with Sasser today (I'll spare the details, as I'm too tired to type out my adventure) and I finally got around to downloading ZoneAlarm. In the last 4 hours or so, it's blocked 47 attempts to access my computer. :o

Most "alarms" that programs like ZoneAlarm report are not actual "attacks", but perfectly "legal" connection attempts that would be completely undangerous even if the firewall was not running.
