Explosive / Splash damage stats...

Alright, I know that if an enchantress is using the Demon Machine, the Enchant is "carried" by each explosion... That's a skill affecting an item... But how about a skill affecting another skill?

Example: Tiger Strike and Dragon Tail. Does the Tiger Strike increase the damage of the explosion? Or is the target the only one hit by the Tiger-strike-affected kick?

What other situations (items/skills/whatever) are similar to this?

Only fire damage adds to the splash. In terms of skills, this would include only enchant and holy fire.

You cannot release charges with a bow and you can't shoot a bow while doing a finishing move.

Oh, ok... But to make it clear, I wasn't talking about an Assassin using a bow... I was talking about it using Tiger Strike (with claws/melee weapons), and THEN using Dragon Tail... What damage will be increased? Only the kick?

Dragon tail splash damage is based on how much physical damage your kick dealt. Tiger strike will increase the damage of the kick and thus the damage of the splash.
