To build off of what Ogot said,

Take some time and read a few of the guides. We are all more than happy to answer any specific questions you might have, in regards to gear, skills, stat points, et. al. But first get an overview through a guide. Then be sure to fire off specific questions if you still have some

Skill plan:

20 Blessed Hammer
20 Concentration
20 Vigor
20 Blessed Aim

Rest in utility and prereqs. Blessed Aim should be the last thing to max. I always max Conc and Hammer first, because Conc gives a large damage bonus to your party.

When you are casting blessed hammer on a single monster, it helps to be on the lower left hand side of the monster. Because of the way the hammer spins, you are garunteed a hit every time.

Important equipment is enhanced mana, faster cast, and + skills.
