Is it true that if you kill the cow king you cannot create the cow level in that diffuculty? Also if someone in your party kills the cow king does that happen too?

And to the answer. If someone kills the cow king when you are in the cow level, partied or not you won't be able to make.
But...
If you run around Akara 1436 times while running with "OMG MAKE TEH COWS" above your head you will have 3 seconds to make the portal. If nothing happens, you just did it wrong.
