Look at this picture ob a BoTD socketed in a Thunder Maul
Thunder Maul requires 253 Strength.
253*.20=50.6
253-50.6=202.4
So WHY is the Strength requirement on that T-Maul 193????

Ethereal items have reduced requirements. -10 str and/or dex to equip.

int(202.4-10)=193
Though, I could have sworn the inherent ethereal quality of -10 to dex/str was subtracted BEFORE the -reqs... I remember adeyke talking about that while discussing eth item properties.

I probably did say that, but I was wrong about it.
Also, it's really:
Base: 253
20% of 253, rounded down = 50
253 - 50 - 10 = 193
The rounding occurs at that second step. int(202.4 - 10) would be 192, not 193.
