Does anyone know where the best place is to find a 4 sock monarch shield? What act and difficulty?

I suggest u go to hell difficulty moo moo farm, there are good changes of getting socketed items, i am not sure can u get one in nightmare moo moo farm...

You can't find a Monarch shield anywhere in Nightmare.

In Hell difficulty, it can be found starting in the Act 1 Catacombs; your best chances are from Act 3 onwards (the hell Cow Level is good too.) Note that any nonmagical Monarch will get 4 sockets if used in the socket quest at Larzuk.

According to ATMA:1:2863 for Flayer in Hell difficulty.

Flayers tend to drop everything you would ever want. And if you find a low quality one, you could cube it back to normal, but then it would only get 3 sockets, so be warned.

You're using an old version of ATMA, in which the flayers' probability is bugged to be twice as high as it actually is.
