Anybody can get the quest. The thing is, Blizzard has acknowledged it was a slip up. The weapon is s'posed to be a two hander and around 3.6 to 3.7 spd which will fix a lot of the problem (should bring it down to around 70 DPS or so which is about proper).
Sith Warriors - They only class that gets a new room added to their ship after leaving Hoth, they get a Brooncloset
