I just realized this list was only on the lounge buried in a sign-up thread for a Terenas guild run so I'm putting it here for easier reference for those that might want to raid out the T0 sets before 1.1 goes live.
I've got a list that was started by Onan (from Carpe Aurum), that I modified some, of where to get all the blue class sets and a few other sets. All the set names are links to the set page on Thottbot so you can get specifics on each piece.
I've got the shaman set in there too, as a note though if you play horde you will never see any of the paladin BoP stuff if it drops from the same mob that can drop shaman loot. Same goes for alliance and seeing the horde gear. The game doesn't drop alliance BoP's for horde or horde BoP's for alliance if the other option is available in the loot table.
