I'm guessing Frozen Runes will only drop in Naxxaramas, but it would be really sweet if Blizzard would give Ras Frostwhisper in Scholo a chance to drop them. Then non-raiders could have a shot at farming some new crafted gear, too. After all, the non-resist stats on most of that gear is still pretty sweet.

Frozen Runes have to be looted off the walls of Naxx. Some can be found in the Anub'Rekhan room.

However, you need to learn 'Word of Thawing' to do so. It's a trash drop.

I agree with Monkey that having Frostwhisper drop one would be cool.

I am, again, impressed by how Blizzard makes a bear a viable tank (by talents & skills), but fails to create the items needed to do the job. I am tired of searching the ah for green stuff with nothing but resists, just to have a mediocre resist-equipment.

Only 3 resist-items, each with less resist than the plate-counterpart, no AP for a bear, who creates his aggro with damage... *sigh*

2,4 % crit and dodge don´t make up for having to use green trousers (+29 frost) and bracers (+15) and helmet (+29?) without any other stats and still having less frost resistance than a plate wearer. And having 6 cloth, 6 mail and 6 plate parts, one cloth part for all classes (cloak) and 3 leather items is great. Reminds of the 2 mail sets my LEATHERworker could learn when AQ was introduced.

Stop whining. Nice to see that at least some other classes get craftables obviously needed for Naxx.
