I never watch these reality shows but this link was posted on another forum I read. That is an 11 year old singing? Holy beejeebus. That is an absolutely incredible voice.

On a side note, the shows is entitled "America's Got Talent" and David Hasselhoff is one of the judges... they must be really, really running short on ideas if a guy in marketing said "Okay guys! I've got it! We'll name the show America's Got Talent! You guys like?" and then was not instantly fired.

As soon as I saw the name Bianca Ryan, I knew what was coming. I heard this girl sing on Live at the Apollo, and she brought the house down. I think she was 8 or 9 at that time, and sounded every bit as powerful as she does in this clip. Reminiscent of Leann Rhimes or Charlotte Church in that regard, although that covers three extremely different styles.

I don't consider something reality TV unless the focus is on day-to-day living (however contrived), but we've had that debate on the Lounge before.

Impressive video for sure. As for the show itself? Eh, Regis is about the only one I half way enjoy listening to. Of all judges I like Hasselhoff the best, which I think is saying something rather profound.

Also, ignore Brandy(i?), if you can. An actress she is not. There was another young girl with a powerful singing performance as well, but I didn't find it on YouTube.
