Can't open new red protals with the three keys

I've collected the three keys, but can't open the portal in act 5....

Just wondering if that's only for battle.net or single player also has it.

Pandemonium Event is closed battle.net only, sorry.
Whyever that keys weren't removed from SP files is beyond me.
