I'm thinking 10 to 11 ish, but I know Lissa's mage wanted to go and have no idea his plans. Check in Lissa? This would be for 4/8/07.

Hm, perhaps I can get Gulthrich, my rogue, ready in time. He's 18, but unsure if he's done the prep quests. I'll check into it tonight.
