Bust my ass getting the mats and all set to pull the trigger on this axe thing, but because of a bug in the way the bloods are looted I'm waiting on their similarly fail GM service. What's up with the GMs now anyway? I mean waiting 4 hours on a weekend I could understand but over the last year the reply time on GMs has really skyrocketed to something completely unacceptable. Now your ticket might get answered 24 hours after it is posted, if you are lucky.

Both were accurate. It was about 24 hours before the ticket was serviced. Put together 50,000g in mats over about a week then have a bug mess it up, even temporarily. You won't be happy either.
