Valkerie has a timer?

Does Valkerie have a timer on it???
I had one that just died in thin air in the Sewers in Act 2 NM. Nobody hit her and she was not poisoned.
I was kinda suprised and that is why I am asking the question
Does anyone know the answer to this question???

I am pretty sure, there is no timer. At least I have never lost my Valkerie from one moment to another even if I had been AFK for an hour or two.

You can lose her, though, if she is left too far behind, stuck at a corner or something. She will be respawned next to you in most cases then and only very rarely she will just disappear. No problem, just cast a new one.

No timer though.
