I'm not 100% sure this belongs here, but here we go.

Why are there only two throwing uniques out of 12 or so different base items. . .and to that they are only exceptional. Not that I'll ever find one. . .but wondering.

Elric's answer about sums it up. Ask Blizzard. And while you're at it ask them why there are no sets with Throwing items either. :(

Don't be discouraged. I finally found my first "The Scalper" last week. A good rare Francisca or most any old Flying Axe can beat them.
