I've recently started a Frenzy Barb. He's just reached clvl 55, and can now use the twin Silenced Phase Blades I've equipped him with. (*grin*)
So here's the question. If I have an Ammy that gives Mana Leech, I assume it affects both weapons. That seems relatively obvious. Likewise, bonuses to damage such as Biggin's Bonnet, etc. - It should all apply to both weapons. But do the same rules apply to such mods on the weapons themselves? Each of my Silenced Phase Blades have 11% mana leech. So, for each swing, do I leech 11% or 22%? (i.e., do damage and leech mods on weapons apply ONLY to that weapon, or do they work like similar mods on non-weapon items?)
