Hello, Loungers!

I have a question I hope you can answer.
I have an older version of D2Exp. v 1.07. The reason I kept it is because in this version, you can refill your projectile potion (chocking gas, rancid gas, etc...) in town. Whereas in v 1.09 for example, you can't! LOL!
Anyway, I have a technical question: If I copy my character 'save' file onto a floppy disk, then paste it in the save folder of a PC that has v 1.09 installed, would it be able to read the file? I'm going to try it on the week-end. hope it works!

You should be able to read the file. However, reading the file in 1.09 will upgrade the character to 1.09. If you then try to move it back to the 1.07 install, it won't be able to read it; it simply won't show up in the character list.

... so make sure you backup your 1.07 on a separate disc.

You can sell your throwing potions to the vendors and then buy them back. :)
