1.10s weaponss: -x% to enemy elemental resistance:

When I first saw weapons with those attributes I thought that the effect was triggered and lasted the effective hit by the weapon.

Some weeks ago, I made a Doom weapon for my strafazon's Act 2 mercenary (-57% to Enemy Cold Resistance), and since then I have noticed that when fighting a physical and lighting immune monster, coupled with magic resistant or spectral hit, my slvl 8 cold arrow made more damage than my slvl 12 fire arrow.

I haven't checked each of those monster's resistances, as they were from several classes. My best guess is that the -57% to Enemy Cold Resistance is triggered by an effective hit but lasts the chilling duration.

Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.

It could be that they had a high elemental resist (magic resistant mod), and a low physical resist, if the fire arrow=all fire damage bug wasn't fixed. Anyone want to prove me wrong? :)
