Synergies

Hey all, I've heard a lot about various new synergies for skills, but I've never really heard what skills give bonuses to which other skills. If you could possibly discuss which ones do what, or maybe provide me with a link to a site or another discussion that covers this (I looked, but I may have missed something), that would be great! Thanks in advance,

You can see what synergies are on which skills in the beta in... the beta ;). Also on the Arreat Summit.
Most 1.10 discussion is about the beta, but it's possible things will look a bit different in the final version.

And before you ask, skill synergies do not benefifit from + to skills, and are generally multiplicative with Elemental Masteries (though with most combat skills they're addative)
