As has already been said, your real problem is RAM. 1 Gig would be a completely different game for you. Your graphics card is actually a step up from mine. Mine is a GeForce4 420 Go 32M, the laptop (slower/less power) version of yours. One other thing. With that amount of memory, I would guess you're not running many, if any, mods. If you are able to run mods, CT_Mods has one called CT_Viewport that allows you to shrink the actual gameplay area without affecting the UI. I shrunk mine about an inch around all the edges, so that all the buttons are in the black border, and that seems to have boosted my framerate a little more too. Even with all my graphics settings turned to the minimum, WoW still looks pretty good, just not as polished as I see from some of the screenshots people take with monster machines.
