Oh come on now, you know that until you try out the changes, there's no way to know for sure what's happened. Each class, when they finally get talents, gets reworked - that's their M.O.
Of course, they're still doing major reworks to class balance 2 weeks before retail, but I suppose I'm just a broken record on this by now.
