That fellow is a shining example of why some folks start to buy into 'Untermensch' theories, and we know the path that can lead to. Maybe if he could be induced to play freeze tag on the Interstate . . .

On the other hand, maybe he was actually 29, and very, very drunk. I have done moronic things when drunk, and at ages > 29.
