Well, you mention Death Sentry, so you must be talking an assasssin. Therefore, yes, there is. The one-point wonder known as Blade Fury, combined with any weapon with PMH B)

Actually, I guess I don't know for certain that Prevent Monster Heal works with BF, but I expect it does.
