Fixing the Assassin 1.10

Cutting down to the chase:

- Change Fade to Absorb instead of Resist elements -
lower values.Adds to theme of Assassins being mage
killers and helps Dual Claw assassins who have low
resists. Makes skill more unique from Paladin
Sanctuary.

- Phoenix Strike and Dual Claw. Leave charge ups as is
but suggest that charge up gets added to each claw
when using Dragon Claw as finishing move. For example:
Releases two meteors, two chainlightning novas, etc.
Split the releases by about half a second if
necessary.
This creates incentive to use dual claw with Phoenix
strike and dramatically ups the damage capabilities.

- Add synergies to kick finisher skills and list boot
damage similar to shields.

- Add synergy between psychic hammer and mindblast.
Perhaps +1% chance to convert per point in psychic
hammer.

- Old Cloak of Shadows plays better. Nicer -% defence
which you need to land charges.

- Increase duration and lower mana cost of Blade
Shield.
