If you're too lazy, just one advice. Frozen Arrow results in 2-3 times more spam than Multishot.
Or well, another advice as well, Goldie + Hellmouth are better alone than with Atma's Scarab added. Because there's a bug in 1.09 which causes you to skip attacks when amplify triggers.
Of cource you'll have to really pump your IAS for maximum effect. M'avina's Tiara socketed with an IAS Jewel and a 60 IAS Armor help alot.
Finally, the Frozen arrow build does not kill other cowrunners very effectively, since you're freezing the cows. Multishot on the other hand can result in maximum carnage; but then I decided to concentrate on burning obsolete vid cards. ;)
