Looking for "on striking" items

it's currently a bowazon build with goldstrike.  I'm also using laying of hands, although I'm considering lavagout or hellmouth gloves.

Well, if you're going for pure spammage (or whatever you want to call it), then I would go for the Hellmouths. Nothing like filling the screen with Fist of the Heavens, meteors and fissures to torch your video cards. ;)

But I dug around the Summit, and I found some other items that you can consider. For the helm, you can go with the Heaven's set helm for Weaken. No armor that I could find has the "on attack/striking" suffix, but there are plenty with the "on being struck". I would go with Atma's for the amulet. Then for rings I would just try to find something usable.

Side note: The linked list I posted earlier could be updated for 1.10. I have a ring that casts chain lightning on attack, but it's listed as being able to spawn only on orbs, staves, and spears. That, or it lists only skills with actual charges, and not "on attack/struck/whatever".
