Have fun with your million!
Tootles!
B)
All alone, or in twos,
The ones who really love you
Walk up and down outside the wall.
Some hand in hand
And some gathered together in bands.
The bleeding hearts and artists
Make their stand.
And when they've given you their all
Some stagger and fall, after all it's not easy
Banging your heart against some mad buggers wall.
"Isn't this where...."

So, how does selling out feel like? ;) :P
And you do not ask the cost...

Initial thought: "Huh, what's he going on about?"
You see, I've got the board bookmarked, so I never visit the main page, but when it occurred to me what it might be, I had a look and saw the story. Funny stuff..
I still remember the angst of finding "Lurkerlounge" when I typed in "www.diablo2.com" a few years back.
Ahh so young, and so naïve :)

May I ask what in hell are you talking about? There's nothing in the front page...

If you see the page as normal, I suggest refreshing the browser to get the latest version of the page ^_^

(and yes, I dropped by today just to see the main page) It's good to know you can always count on the Lurker Lounge for these things \o/
So what's next? Electronic Arts announces "The Sims: Lurk your Lounge"? ;)

and the "Ãber-item" in that game will be the "Club of Flaming +3"... But only available from NPC "Lem" after he's been bribed with a TFoS ;-)
Take care, says a chuckling

EDIT: Stupid Browsers.
This post was crafted to spell out a message reading vertically down the left margins. I note that depending on which browser I am looking at the post in, it either does or does not work. In short, half of you were never going to get a chance to see the joke. Different versions display a different left to right distance posts.
In short, this joke backfired completely. Who's the April Fool now?
It happened when Bolty went to EA to playtest
that new Ultima X game. Like a Zerg Queen, an EA exec used all her wiles,
sensuality, and wit to infest both Bolty and TPJ (look for similar news at the
Amazon Basin soon). EA was down to its last ploy, and was desperate.
Justifiably so. For the past four years, Bolty has time and again shown his
obstinate resiliance in fending off attacks, so she lure him with juicy sweet
killer bait -- a new game to mess around with. EA induced no sellout, but an
emulation of the ultimate RTS Free For All dirty trick:
Backstab.
Surprisingly, I was left out, consigned to the margins by this nefariouis plot.

Has anyone else noticed what day this is? I mean Bolty wouldn't sell out for a million. He'd do it for a thousand, and free Madden for life.

Isn't it in the care of the Ducky One? And what would she think about that? So many questions to be pondered at the very beginning of the month...
