An item that adds % to fire damage

I was pretty sure that I saw such an item the other day...and that it was not the new elite orb. Does somebody know what it is or am I just hallucinating?

The following items have +% fire skill damage:

Eschuta's Temper (10-20%)
Dragonscale (15%)
Ormus' Robes (10-15%)
fire Rainbow Facets (3-5%)

These are the only items that have this property (though others boost other kinds of skill damage).
