Dupe is out

Just wanted to let everyone know that the corpse drop system created a few flaws in the game that are allowing people to dupe. The main thing being duped now are runes (because they can bypass the dupe scanner by using duped runes to upgrade to better runes). There is no way to tell if an item you trade with is a dupe until it dissapears though... so I'd watch out trading for a while to let all the dupes work themselves out. It's not that big of a deal for traders because almost all of the duping done was runes but I thought I'd give you all a heads up.

This was all realms and all playing styles (ladder, hc etc.) by the way.

As I understand it, you couldn't use this corpse drop dupe method in hardcore, because there you die when you die.

Yea, I guess you are right :P. I mispoke when I said that, sorry. It does/did work in Classic and LoD as well as Ladder and Non Ladder on all realms.
