Hello, I've seen many rare items on my journeys, but never any rare charms. Do they spawn or not?

They don't spawn rare, ever.

There is a unique grand charm and a unique small charm (but only d-clone can drop it).
There are no rare, nor set charms though.
There are rare jewels, however.

*tinkers with mod to only add rare charms....*
for balence, grand rare's can only have large afixes
and large rares pick from smalls...
normal rules apply.
small's only work with the low half of the afix pool...
sound about right?
