Can UBRS be reset like a normal instance?

I have been looking around, trying to find out if their is a lockout period on UBRS. I haven't really paid attention as I've only been in there a couple of times, but once of the ENG schematics I need drops from the Rookery event, and I want it. (If I'm going to keep the crap profession, I'm going to have all the schematics)

So, does anyone know if/when/how often it could be reset?

I'm down to needing just

Flame Reflector - Thermaplugg
Flash Bomb - Quest in badlands
Craftsman's Monacle - World Drop
Ultra raidant Flame Reflector - Solakar Flamewreath
Major Re-combobulator - DM tribute run.
Honored ZG Goggles - (just need to go turn in and buy)
Scope, Gun, Shield - Molten Core
Purple Smoke Flare - TBC World Drop. (I didn't even know it existed)
Rocket Boots Extreme - Mekgineer in H:SV
both goggles - SWP
Chopper - Rep (Almost there)


If anyone has the world drops, or gets the world drops, I will gladly buy them.

OK. I wasn't sure because it had ?? mobs in there if it would be different than any other. Sounds like getting the pattern is just going to be an exercise in waiting for him to drop it.
