Hi, i have a char in lvl 52 who is running nightmare council for experiencie ( nice, nice )., and i have 10-15 grand charms of not useful, and want reroll.
In 1.09 no problem if i reroll with a 1 lvl char, and now ? I have too lvl 80ish chars, but i think is safe use a lvl 1; dont want waste pgems or GC.

The level of the character doing the perfect gem rerolling is entirely irrelevant. It'll retain the ilvl of the input item.

I changed it, but I'd also recommend that you now change your password.
