Yes they can drop them. Normally they are dropped in H/H church for me.

They can drop anywhere in NM and Hell.

In Normal, although they can drop in the Church, you start getting them more in the Catacombs.

This is probably why Blizz made rejuvs purple in DII (also makes more sense from a 'color mixing' point of view, but my money is on the pee thing)

Yea but I was going through some of my old code and started wondering if I ever really had seen any drop, and since I can't load up Diablo anymore, I just wanted to be sure.
