I need some infos from those who once participated in the "LoD" BETA.
Where were the following (now disabled) SuperUniques located?
- Flamespike the Crawler (Inner Cloister)
- Anodized Elite
- Axe Dweller
- Vinvear Molech
- Magma Torquer
- Blaze Ripper
- Riftwraith the Cannibal
- The Tormenter
- TaintBreeder
- Winged Death(DeathWing)

That might just be Lister before he had a name.

No, its a Willowisp type from Act 4, but I already figured out that these never made it into the "LoD" Beta :)

Just out of pure interest, what kind of base monster are each of these "disabled superuniques".

They're already almost all in there in my MOD. I think I can finish and upload it tomorrow.
Axe Dweller is a real killer in Hell difficulty. He and his gang are now lurking at the entrance to the Worldstone Keep Level 1 (from Level 2) :)

That name would have been 10x better if they added a "Duck" to the end of it.

He was in the Inner Cloister in Act One, guarding the Waypoint. I actually kind of miss the guy...
If I had to guess as to why Blizzard removed him, it would be because they thought that he was too close to another (much more annoying, IMO) Super Unique monster in Bone Ash.

My guess would be that they noticed a fair number of people would travel all the way through the 3 jail levels, emerge in the inner cloister and be promptly shot dead by flamespike and his buddies before getting the waypoint (a bit of a mission, even if you did get jail 1).
I think their general policy is to prevent waypoints from being too dangerous.

Bah. If 'twere up to me, I'd move Bishibosh's Fallen camp to between the entrance from the Plains to the waypoint. Make that dumb Rogue's warning actually mean something :)

When beset by doubt,
Run in little circles,
Wave your arms and shout.
