Oskills and speed breaks

Is there any info about how is working zeal on a sorc for example.
The anim is the same so the speed breaks are the same ? or is all a different world ?. I´ve read in an assy ww pvp guide the speed of whirlwind with chaos was fixed in this case and any wias was useless.
Is this true ?

For WW, it just happens that the 35% IAS from the Chaos runeword is enough to get the fastest breakpoint. If you're dual-wielding, though, the other claw might not be fast enough. You need for the WIAS-WSM to be at least 13 to have the fastest claw WW speed.
