Just curious, but, does anyone know if the Blessed Aim +5% AR bonus is considered a passive bonus or synergy bonus? In Est: do +to skills affect it?

It isn't affected by +skills. By your definition, that would make it a synergy bonus. However, since it doesn't actually synergize anything, it really is a passive bonus.

So, if I spend 1 point in blessed aim and activate the aura, do I get 75% AR or 75% + 5% = 80% AR?

Also, is this % AR bonus additive or multiplicative with the % boni from other sources (fanat, zeal etc)?

75% + 5% = 80%.

All sources of +% AR are additive with each other.
